BayVanguard recently became aware of a scam involving telephone calls to our cardholders asking for verification of sensitive personal and account information.

BayVanguard will never ask for customer login credentials, PINs, passwords or personal information via phone calls, emails, or text messages.

Furlough Relief for Federal Employees Affected by Potential Government Shutdown

BayVanguard Bank understands the hardship furloughed employees may face when they don’t receive
the paychecks they rely on to pay their expenses and support their families. We are committed to
working with our customers and communities to ease financial hardship during these challenging times.
BayVanguard Bank will offer the following furlough relief assistance programs to qualified customers:

Direct Deposit Assistance – Existing demand deposit account customers with established direct
deposit, may apply for an overdraft line of credit with no fees and no interest for the initial 90 days
after account activation in the amount of the customer’s net pay, up to ($6,000). The overdraft line is
subject to credit approval based on current underwriting guidelines.

Skip a Payment Program – Existing loan customers impacted by a furlough may request payment
deferments for 1 or 2 months for qualifying consumer loans. Subject to approval.

Please send your furlough relief request to Felipe Rojas at the address listed below by priority mail
or email, include a brief letter requesting assistance and evidence of your furlough timeline. You
will be contacted within (5) five business days of receipt of your request. Please retain a copy of all
documentation on for your records.
